RSS feed in Yahoo 360?

How do I get an RSS feed on my yahoo 360. I've read the procedure but when I keep putting the link in the box it says websight/link error. What am I doing wrong? and what address do I post in the box when it asks for a url?





oh and for example could u tell me what sight I can get a feed from just to know what i'm looking at?
