I would like people to be able to get the RSS feed off the site and somehow show them daily updating top selling products or our new arrivals.
I've read a lot about RSS in trying to do this, but it seems like everything I've seen is about more news/blog type rss feeds. What are my options to do what I've mentioned above? RSS creator company suggestions?

You can either manually create a feed or you could use a script to dynamically create the feeed. The easiest way to manually create an RSS feed is to use software. The software I would recommend is FeedForAll (there is a Windows and a Mac version). There is a built-in wizard that will walk you through the process of creating a feed.
