hi, what i want to do is, i have two pages, one page is full of text while the other has nothing on it. i was wondering if that with rss i could make the empty page automatically populate with the text found on the page with text using Rss. is this possible?

Yes this is possible. Basically what is needed is to parse the data contained in the file with content and transform it into RSS format with a script. This can be done in a variety of ways. First with Perl, PHP, Java, or some other language. Alternatively you can use XSLT and an XSLT processor to do the transformation for you.
