Personal opinions on what the best rss readers there are for windows? Im currently having trouble with mine. Any suggestions guys?

I have found by far the best reader is actually web based. Google Reader (http://www.google.com/reader) is fantastic. Very quick, and has to be used to understand how functional it is. It also makes reading feeds anywhere in the world possible.
If anything I would suggest you try it, as it's free of charge. Hope that helps!
